Maybe he shy or is going slowly
The first time I saw him he turned around to look at me as I walked past and then snuck a glance at me a couple times at the gym, then striked up a conversation randomly at the water station that was literally about water 😂 and then some random comments here and there as he walks by. But nothing in depth. I’ve seen him in other settings and he talks openly to others.
