My boyfriend mocking me in front of our friends. How to fix this behavior of him?

Now, from the title it seems like maybe I am taking it offensive or something and I thought about it but NO. He kinda thinks that he is a comedian or something when we are with friends and he makes humiliating jokes. He doesn't act like that at home. He is joking about my insecurities like my white hair. We were in our friends house and she has a dog which is covered with all white fur and he looks at me and says "Babe she looks like you!" and this is not the worst part.. hold on.. and then he makes a very cringe way of lookig at our friends' faces if they will laugh or not. I talked to him he doesn't accept that he does something like that.

Regardless of what he thinks happened or didn’t happen, if he makes you feel this way when you are with your friends he needs to work on it and adjust his behavior. Or at least keep your feelings in mind next time he makes another joke. I’m proud of you for talking to him about it and I suggest next time it occurs you give him an ultimatum in private or at least make it clear to him that you will not accept this behavior (privately as to not make a scene in front of friends). Always have a comeback for him. What you should have said in that scenario is:-

"If anyone is a dog round here? It's definitely you."Turn to your friends and say something like "he even pees all over the floor too"

talk to him about his constant seeking of approval from others. try to see if nay past events could have caused this, or his upbringing, or an old friend group or something. And also tell him. People can't follow boundaries that aren't set.
