My Boyfriend travels for work. He met a 20 year old female where he works & I found out he slept with her 3 times and still text her here and there. Why do guys cheat?

I will say there is a difference in why men and women cheat. Women tend to cheat because they feel neglected, like they’re not needed anymore. Their emotions aren’t being met. I mean sure there are some who just cheat to cheat but a lot of times it’s an emotional thing. That’s why I feel as though if a girl does it the relationship is completely over. Because in order for most women to cheat on their man they need to be emotionally involved w another did. Meaning they’ve pretty much checked out emotionally w their current man and replaced him w someone else. Men on the other hand it’s usually just a physical thing. It’s having a different variety, but a majority of the time he’s still very interested in his girl physically as well as emotionally. I’m not justifying what his reasons for doing it are. Just saying most times women have moved on if it’s gotten to that point.

Honestly it's who does anyone cheat, girls do too but yes sadly guys are more likely. I honestly can only say I think people cheat because they are selfish and only care about themselves. I don't know you but you deserve soo much better than this guy he is obviously going to do it again. I truly believe there is no good reason to cheat on someone.

Could be anything from him simply noy respecting you to him being unhappy and immature or him getting attention he dont normally get or enjoy the feeling of cheating

Sexual dissatisfaction: It is possible that he/she has fantasies, kinks or sexual fetishes, if the partner denies them to him/her, he/she may find satisfaction with other partners.
