I cheat because I have a prostitute fetish. It's my number 1 turn on. It's the thought of anonymous sex with a stranger in the night that gets me hot. However, I would never have an emotional affair with another women because I've always been perfectly happy with that part.

Also, I've been cheated on in every relationship I've been a part of and to tell the truth, it turns me on as odd as that may sound. So long as pregnancy doesn't happen and so long as she doesn't fuck my friends, it won't even come close to ending a relationship. A bad attitude is what turns me off.

I admit that I'm turned on by promiscuous women, so I guess that's where it stems from. Don't get me wrong, there are some feelings of jealousy, but not very much, just enough to add a bit of excitement.

So, as long as the aforementioned rules are kept, I'm 100% okay with the women I date having sex outside the relationship because I get as much out of it as she does. Hearing the stories get me instantly hard, but if she wants to keep it to herself, that's fine too. I just let my imagine take over. Plus, there's no need to sneak around.

Sure, it's an unorthodox view of relationships and there aren't many like me but me, I could easily remain in a LTR with a woman likes to sleep around, in fact it makes me want her more.

I cheated on my first girlfriend when I was 16 and made vow to never do it again for the rest of my life. Even as a teenager I knew I did wrong and my conscious devastated me.

Now over 20 years later I can proudly say I stuck to that vow despite having several opportunities when I was taken (and women do go after taken men and it’s bs). Also I’ve been cheated on but I did not use that as an excuse to cheat on someone else.

Anyway there are two types of male cheaters:

2) the mostly decent guy who has issues and made a huge mistake.

This guy is overall decent but he usually has fatal flaw and it’s usually along the lines of a sex addiction. He’s often addicted to porn and maybe got escorts when he was single. He might be in a controlling relationship and at one point he “rebels”. He has a conscious but also a big weakness and when the perfect storm hits he is likely to fold. That’s still no excuse to cheat but he’s different than guy #1. He will acknowledge he’s wrong vs guy #1 who will never genuinely own up to it to his bs.

Not saying either guy is right. But I have heard women openly admit when I was younger that they had “feelings” for the #1 type men. One girl flat out told me “he’d probably going to cheat on me but I love him”.

A) he's a player/fuckboy/bad boy who's gonna cheat regardless. this guy is usually attractive and has plenty of options to exercise

I have 2 exes that cheated on me, 1 came back and wanted to get back together, but as much as I wanted to I didn't, and after 20ish years, my exwife contacted me out of the blue so we started talking. It was a bit awkward at first, but we are friends now, and she regrets the decision that she made. She didn't end up with the guy, his wife divorced him, she got married again, but he was lazy, not motivated, so she had to raise their kids and pretty much be the sole income provider.
