I have been noticing that attractive men stare at me for a long time and smile at me in a flirty playful way or just smile at me and these men are really good looking.

Either their really handsome and used to all women reacting positively, therefore it meaning very little besides they think your an attractive woman; Alternatively it means they want to attract your attention because they like you particularly or find you especially attractive.

Everything on this planet is made of energy and 50% 60 70% of the people do not understand that but there are some of us that can feel energy coming from other people no matter how far the distance is really some people can feel the energy coming from other people but they don't understand why they feel what they feel.
