I think when someone is confronted and in a harshly manner we tend to try to push the blame back.
One time I was confronted by someone close and I used to not even remember what I did honestly. But she came at me really calm and caring. I told her her answer and she was cool and let me know it wasn't acceptable for what I did.
I think as parents have babies and they are so frustrated... they yell. How you gone yell at a baby? They don't know much. But when we are calm cool and collected they understand. I'm also reading a book about it. And doing those actions actually raise kinder people.

Girl I hear you. But you have to remain calm. Even coming back to apologize works wonders. . We have this flight or freeze thing going in our brains. If we learn to be cool we can handle the most difficult decisions... mostly🤎
