If men stopped caring about you, how not to be mad? If messages become dry, just let it go? And don’t text at all?

You just let it go. That is something out of you control. You answered your own question really. You can't make or force people to like you. Even if you could would you want to? Would you really want to force someone to be fake and like you just to make you feel good fully knowing that it wasn't genuine? I sure as hell wouldn't. I am guessing you are going through a rough patch and think all hope is lost. It is easy to feel like that but just remember that things can be rough from time to time but you just have to keep your head up and not let it get to you... as you already stated.

If they stop caring about you it's most likely because of something you did. It's illogical to be mad at someone else for your own actions
