A few possibilities here:
1. He asked if he should visit because he misses you too! Guys don't usually want to visit a girl at work just as friends. He's probably trying to find an excuse to see you.
2. He liked your message as a way to let you know he's interested in the idea of visiting. By liking it, he's subtly agreeing that he wants to see you again without outright saying it.
It seems like he still has feelings for you too if he's going out of his way to ask about dropping by your job. You said yes so now the ball is in his court to actually follow through. But it sounds promising!
Try to act cool and flirty when he comes by. Maybe exchange numbers "so you can plan lunch breaks together" if you don't already have his. This could be the start of something more between you two if you play your cards right, girl. Fingers crossed he shows up tomorrow!
