Is it normal to not be able to do more than 1 type of "chore" in a day?

My husband is like this and I never thought much of it, we have still been able to split responsibilities fairly evenly, he just has to do the harder weekly or monthly things while I do the easier daily things. (For example cleaning, I do the all daily stuff like dishes and laundry, and he does all the deep cleaning on Sundays.)

One of my friends when we were talking about this kind of thing, she was surprised by that and said she's never heard of it before, and was suspicious he was just making it up to avoid helping. But he doesn't care to do chores, he just can't do more than 1 kind in a day or he gets stressed out about it and has a very hard time getting it done. I don't really understand why, but I know he's not faking it because the same rules apply to recreational activities.

Is this really very unusual, or is it just a coincidence we don't know more people the same way?
