Does my flat mate sound abusive?

A few weeks after I first moved in, he got angry at me for putting my work things on the desk upstairs near his room. Instead of politely asking me if I could just move my things, he made a big deal about it, starting shouting at me etc. Then a few months ago, his girlfriend was over with the dog, all my other flat mates were out.

They decided to use the lounge next to my room, dog was running all over the place, they wouldn’t leave me alone so I told the landlord. They both then kicked off slamming doors extremely loudly to the point the landlord could hear it on the phone and the girlfriend and the dog got told to leave. Last week someone kept running down the stairs outside my room everything morning at 6:30am and it was him. I don’t feel comfortable asking him in fear he will kick off at me so I wrote a note and put it in the kitchen. He then pounded on my door and started swearing at me and his girlfriend joined in. He was like “I’m f*cking sick of your sh*t, always causing f*cking problems” and this was right in front of my other flat mate. His girlfriend also does not live here and the dog isn’t even supposed to be here.

Then today, I told him I was out all day tomorrow so if she’s around she’s more than welcome with the dog. I meant this in a very nice way because the dog is technically not allowed at the house. I just went into the kitchen to get my dinner, he walks in questioning me why I said that and I could tell by his tone he was p*ssy and sounded like he was gonna kick off again. He started saying how it’s his dog and how she’s welcome here anytime. I just kept repeating extremely nicely “yeah of course” because I was scared he was going to go mental at me again and since everyone isn’t here in the house I didn’t want other swearing match. He also knows I have anxiety and when the landlord tried to talk to him about the desk outside his room he was like “so what everyone is responsible for her the “. Does he sound abusive?
