My new boyfriend has just moved in after being together for 8 months and Is still trying to connect a bond with my daughter.

I had to work late yesterday and he offered to take her to get some new summer clothes and get something to eat afterwards.

She reluctantly declined at first but I talked her to come around and agreed when they got back I was truly shocked and what she came home with is he naturally stupid or does he have a hidden agenda.

She came home with the absolutely inappropriate clothing which I would not allow her to wear round the house NEVER MIND outside on public!!!

I'm talking skirts that just about come to her knees. Dresses that are pretty much see-through and doesn't cover nothing when she sits down.

• Shirts that are very loose round the cleavage. And about 10 pairs of thongs which he knows that she's asked for me to buy her before but I point blank refused even in front of him as he knows I don't find them appropriate for her age!.

I just don't understand why he would do this knowing how I would feel

The first idea was probably she kept asking for stuff she knew she wouldn't be allowed to purchase with me around so she took advantage of that and my partner probably said yes to break the ice with her?

Did she try it on before she bought it? He should never have allowed that there’s a lot of things that you can get a young girl at the mall not risqué clothing.
