That's probably not true. You're likely putting out a different aura or energy than you were before, like maybe "I don't give a shit about your attention", and thereby, getting more of it.

What I mean is that before you didn't get attention so there was no questioning motives or genuineness of the guys talking to you. Now you have weigh those considerations because you're all of a sudden getting a lot of attention.
