Something happened at my college orientation?

I met this guy at my college orientation, which lasted about two days. When the orientation started, I noticed him and thought he was kinda cute. I got busy with the questions the directors and counselors were asking us, but as I was leaving, he came up to me and asked if I spoke French. This was because one of our professors had asked us what we liked and where we’d like to go, and I mentioned wanting to visit the south of France. We talked for a bit, but I had to leave for a session with our parents, so I didn't think much of it.

Later, when we were heading to our rooms to put our stuff away, he said goodbye to me, but I realized I didn’t even know his name. I didn’t know much about him compared to everyone else. That evening, we had a new freshman ice cream event, but he didn’t show up, so I didn’t think much of it. I went to sleep, woke up the next morning, and went to breakfast, but I didn’t see him there either.

Deciding to walk around campus before classes started, I eventually went to pick my classes. I had a strong interest in philosophy, and coincidentally, when I walked into my philosophy class, there he was. There were no other seats available, so I had to sit right next to him with my friend. It was quite pleasant—we spoke a little, mostly about what we were doing, but we didn’t talk much. However, there was a lot of eye contact during class even at lunch as well; when he would go get something he would turn around and look at me and even around the parents—just eye contact and waving, but nothing more.

Do you think he might be interested in me?
