Ok so girls hold pee differently than guys due to different anatomy. What does it feel like for guys?

Pressure in the bladder. The longer I hold it, the sensation spreads to the base of my penis. If I keep holding it my kidneys will start to ache.

I try not to do that.

Holding in our pee (temporarily of course) can lead to an unwanted erection which is embarrassing since it is noticeable and hard to hide also is uncomfortable in tight pants.

In general it hurts and adds pressure to bladder / makes kidneys hurt if held in long enough.
