I oppose the military... simple.

The military is nothing but a tool of the establishment to force its will onto other people. War at the other side of the world aren't being fought to keep us safe, they are being fought to safeguard the interests of the establishment.

I respect soldiers, don't get me wrong... even soldiers who have fought on the opposite side. I am severely Pro-Republican/ Pro-Irish; I despise the British military and their Protestant lapdogs; I've met many Paras who have been sent to N-Ireland to oppose the Catholics... but I am not holding anything against them.

The thing with soldiers is just that they have been brainwashed so much... and the military is really their only family... that we are simply not compatible as Romantic Partners.

Patriotism is also a foreign concept to me... I am an Anarchist... No Gods, No Masters, No Borders and all... So I am also not going to feal with someone who loves his/ her country more than me

I was in the military for 13 years. Both men and women in the military have easy access to sex, and many take full advantage. I do think people in the military are more prone to cheating, but i think its because the military attracts people from troubled backgrounds that would cheat anyway. There are many people in the military w the capacity to be loyal in LTR's, contrary to popular belief. Also, calling men gay when you don't like someone's opinion is fat girl energy. The real question is why would they? Are/were there some great women in the military? Of course. But the military isn't known for attracting the most well rounded, demure, or feminine women in the land. The military isn't exactly overflowing with females who fit the description, if you know what I mean.

@hahahmm unfortunately our culture has become extremely course, and vulgar and some of the stories I've heard about rank and file females in our military will straighten your hair. I have relations in the military, and they don't lie... lol. As a female if your goal is to be treated like a "roughneck dude" with a vagina then it's a spectacular fit. :)

I served. I wouldn't date seriously a woman in the military. Year long deployments abroad, so virtually no sex and then she's surrounded and outnumbered by mostly fit strong healthy males and can have her pick in her downtime. She might be a 4 or 5 back home but on deployment she a 10. From what I saw the women on deployment were getting railed by multiple guys and an awful lot of them were married or engaged. STDs were rife and one female soldier managed to get pregnant 7 months into her tour though the husband stuck with her and the child.

So I would casually date a woman in the military but never anything serious. I wouldn't date an air stewardess for similar reasons or a nurse.

When I was in the military women were basically like this:
Marines - super hot and promiscuous but exceedingly rare
Army - slightly shorter men without the facial hair but looking good after a couple months of exercise and no other options. Less rare than marines but still a double digit ratio.
Navy - men take turns being the woman.
Air Force - basically civilians but a little more promiscuous. Ratio actually seemed about even, too. Wtf did I join the army for?

@Shiningtempest I never would have dated a cop or prison guard because as a man I have to protect my woman from harm. That's impossible to do if danger is in the job description & if she's dumb enough to think she can fight 6 foot tall dudes. She's getting beat up/shot at or killed at 3AM while I'm on the other side of town and have zero say in what she's up to? Nah. With my wife, she has the sense enough to trust me when I say, "don't go to XYZ alone at 3AM and try to break up a fight between your sister and her drunk husband". A cop wouldn't listen to that. And a man shouldn't give one second to any woman who wants to be masculine when it benefits her but have you being old school traditional protector when that benefits her. It's not going to work or it does work you end up dead. Nahhhhh.
