My boyfriend told me to stick to my promises?

My boyfriend got pissed when I didn't send him nudes and lashed out at me. He refuses to apologize because according to him, I broke my promise by saying I'm tired and that I lack integrity because of it. I told him to fuck off and he became even more pissed. Did I do the wrong thing? He still refuses to accept that I can be tired and I never even promised him anything
