Should I add my coworker on Facebook?

So I work as an account rep/customer service for my company. I am 23F. We hired a new financial controller in March, 22M. Ever since he first started I thought he was adorable. I am almost certain he thinks I dislike him because of how much I ignore him (I’m just too shy to talk to him). I say good morning to everyone else except him because I am so nervous, can you imagine how he might feel? I catch him looking at me frequently and he popped up as a suggested friend on my Facebook when we have no mutual friends or anything. Anyway, I feel like he may be shy, but I also feel like maybe he isn’t interested at all. I can’t tell. For me, I can be so confident and talkative with normal people, but if I have a crush on you I give the silent treatment. I always do better over text when it comes to talking to someone I like…should I try to add him on Facebook or is that weird?

No, don't add a coworker on your social media account. You have absolutely no one in common as you state, so it would really be odd to add him when you have no reasons to do so.

You don't talk to him yet you want to add him on your social media. That is so contradictory and that will only make things more confusing for him.

Just let things the way they are. He will be out of your life in no time and then you will have avoided to make a fool out of yourself since you give him such conflicting signals.
