Let's say I know this guy for a few months and I noticed he acts kinda... weird. Like he is so awkward and introverted but around me even more. But I'm the same so I kinda understand him.

He does things like:

- Staring at me from a distance many times and not looking away or staring at me after we finish casual talking

-Smiling in a shy way at me and trying to speak to me a short sentence everytime he sees me and then he will hurry like he wants to hide lol

-He seems nervous (like it's visible he thinks about what to say next and pauses during face to face talking) and clumsy around me and when we joke he has a loud, nervous laughter

-He followed me on tiktok first and sent me a greeting as well

- I also caught him scanning my body up and down or staring at my legs when I wear shorts

One time I went and talked to him for 15 mins and I brushed his hand so he gets the hint and he didn't seem bothered but like he didn't react, he was just staring in my eyes and we kept the conversation.

But I'm shy around him so I always tend to avoid him and when he sees me like that it's like he pulls back too and we both get awkward after and avoid each other lol.

It's like he's waiting for me to do things first but he kinda keeps a distance as well and I'm the same.

I only met in high school a similar boy to him which he admitted years later he was attracted to me lol

Omg girl, like totally sounds like he's definitely into you! All those signs are so obvious, even from another shy girl I can tell.

A few things that jump out:

- The staring and smiles are a dead giveaway. Guys don't look at girls they're not interested in like that!

- He followed you on TikTok first which is like making the first move for an introvert haha.

The hand brushing was a good idea too. Even if he didn't react right then, I bet he thought about it a lot after. We shy ones need time to process things lol.

Honestly at this point one of you just needs to make a little more bold move. Ask him to grab coffee or something low pressure. Or just tell him you like him! Rip off the bandaid.
