Women will say anything to shame and insult someone they don't like. Men experience that all the time. We don't care when you use it on us and we also don't care when you use it on other women. When I was growing up this word didn't even exist. You're acting like there's some definition of this word that is consistent in real life. No it just means the woman who is using it doesn't like this other woman. Men welcome women who actually care about what men like and put some effort into being a good partner, instead of just expecting things for having a vagina.

Women don't like this because it would mean they'd have to do more to find a partner. They'd rather do nothing and insult all the women who are prioritizing finding a man over other things. Anything that women attack with shaming language is something they're scared of or insecure about. In the end they're just shooting themselves in the foot because nobody wants a person who is bitter like this. And at the same time they're making dating worse for everybody else they're lowering the bar for women so men have a worse experience dating and women who actually want to have something to offer besides sex they need to worry about being attacked by other women so everybody is losing out.

No, we like them. A so-called pick me girl is just one who treats guys well and sticks up for them when other girls are nasty to guys.
