So this guy coworker was being an a hole to me few weeks back like telling me to transfer to different team etc?

I don't know what’s his problem. But we kinda got into arguments just like friends do sometimes I guess to the point where he didn’t talk to me for two days I come back from my 3 weeks and this guy is supposed to go to team 3 but he doesn't want to so that’s when this guy coworker kept joking around and same time being serious and telling me to go to team 3 bc I’m on his team, now those past few days especially today he has been extra nice to me like was trying to share almonds with me and telling me I’m doing a good job and saying hola and my name and asking me if I think he looks good with glasses etc what’s wrong with this guy like he literally hurt me that day now this I’m confused

This guy sounds super confusing! One minute he's being a jerk and the next he's all buddy-buddy with you. A few possibilities:

- He could have a petty personality and gets off on being rude/mean to people sometimes, but then switches it up so you won't totally think he's a jerk.

- Possibly afraid you'll go to the other team so now he's overcompensating to be nice in hopes you'll stay. Guys can be threatened by change sometimes!

- Might actually feel bad about being rude before and this is his weird way of apologizing/making it up to you without using his words.

- Could be harboring secret feelings but doesn't know how to act normal around a girl he likes so it comes off hot/cold.

Whatever his deal, I'd be wary of how easily his mood flips. Keep interactions polite but casual. And don't let him stress you to the other team - make the choice yourself based on what's best for you! You don't owe anyone, least of all a mood swing boy. You do you, girl!
