Yet he will always try to get my attention for instance today he was like hey Anna, and just initiating small conversations etc yet he asked me to go to different team and yes we do interact good bit bur is it bc we maybe got into little arguments a while back and that can be but I don't know how should I react to this and I don’t understand bc if that’s the case why is he still initiating conversations with me if it sounds like he dislikes me and wants me out of his team? Yeah that is super weird and confusing behavior for sure. I wonder if maybe he has like mood swings or something cuz one day being all friendly talking to you and the next acting like you're enemy number one is kinda bizarre.

Or could be he has trouble with commitment - like maybe part of him wants to be cool with you since you're teammates, but then another part is still stuck on those past fights so he goes back and forth. Guys can get wishy-washy sometimes when we don't know what we want!

It's really hard to say for sure what his deal is acting that way. Only other possibility I can think of is maybe he's trying to mess with your head on purpose, like playing mind games or something. But that seems a little sinister unless the guy is just a major jerk.

My advice would be same as before - try to get him alone, lay it all out and see if you can get a straight consistent answer. And if he's still flip-flopping between being nice then rude, it's probably not worth the stress. No use wasting your time on someone who can't even figure out how they feel, ya know? Better to just do your work and leave him to his mood swings. His loss!
