Is my boyfriend justified in telling me to not take part in an event at my college?

My college is holding this event where girls get to ramp walk, and I love ramp walking so I told my boyfriend I'm gonna do it. He then told me not to because apparently I draw attention to myself because of the way I walk. I asked him what he meant and he said that my chest and ass bounce while I walk and it might be considered "too sexual". I told him he was being ridiculous and then he tried to emotionally blackmail me by saying that he's not a bad person for making sure other guys don't lure over me. Is he justified?
