We have to approach a broad rather than (in 90% of the time) vise versa, and unless you're rich and/or handsome (and occasionally if we are), we'll usually be rejected, sometimes even by homely chicks, so even we handsome Bradys get tongue-tied when trying to get a girl's attention.

For me it's my insecurities and overthinking makes me shy. My mind gets in the way of things and I isolate myself to not get hurt, but it then hurts because I'm alone.
