How should I interpret a situation where I was talking to a colleague, and I noticed Sanjay looking at me? When I asked him why, he handed me a bottle and asked me to open the cap. I jokingly asked what I would get in return, and he promised me chocolate. After I opened the cap, he asked another colleague to bring me the biggest chocolate, but I said I wanted a toffee instead. When the toffees were almost finished, with only one left, he gave me his share of the toffee. What could this gesture mean?
