Getting cheated on and moving it with the cheater? Why?

A guy and a girl I know (they were high schoolers at the time) they broke up due to the girls serial cheating. They got back together 4 years later. It's been a year since they got back together and now they rent a condo. Does this mean she had stopped cheating? Or she won't cheat again? Does she suddenly love him? Why would they even move in together? Will they stay together or they'll break up.
