This guy I’ve been seeing and I were both at a soccer game. while at the soccer game he left his friends and went where I was and kept looking at my every move and even notice the time that I left the game. I didn’t notice but my friend told me on the way home. is this just how a guy acts when he likes you or should I be worried?

How is that stalking your every move? You two are seeing each other, not strangers, so it makes sense for him to acknowledge your presence. Then for your friend to say she’s noticed him looking at you, like was she watching the game or him? Have you tasked her with keeping tags so you don’t have to? Because she’d have to be watching him nonstop to catch that more than once.
