My creepy new coworker?

So there’s this guy was new at work my HR introduced him to me normally when someone saw you they greeted so he gives dead stares no words my HR didn’t pay attention at the end of conversation and my HR pat my shoulder l turn my back as l say don’t want talk with him. Next days l take the bus and saw someone get up their seat as soon l take seat l saw him he was infront of me so l sit in back. And when we go off on bus feel uncomfortable l make an excuse to go at convenience store so he was looking at me directly when l finished buy something he was waiting for me in bench so l decided to avoids him again. After in cafeteria he would stares at me in way very uncomfortable so l ignore him. Next day take another bus to avoids him and when l go off the bus I saw him again l was confused because he was supposed to be at work already so l lgnore him and start stalking me by pretending call someone so l stop and he decided to stop too l was full rage that I go to work l tell my HR about this situation but her advice didn’t help at all so l talk with my other coworkers l trust and she tell me isn’t normal he acts this way and tell her l’m not interested with him and l don’t want to his friends. I go to work by changing hourly and everything is fine but when l’ve to eat in cafeteria when l was alone lt made me no safe and saw him l’ve to leave the room quickly all the time. I try to avoids him and he works in office he pretends to go downstairs he can use the door to leave he was afar distance so he use the third door and he was giving pervert looks as soon l saw him it was third time he did this to me. His behaviour was strange and not friendly l don’t know why he acted suspicious

Wow, that guy is seriously creeping you out! I don't blame you for feeling super uncomfortable. A few things seem really off about his behavior:

- The constant staring is just plain weird. Like, who stares that much without even saying hi? Creepy vibes.

- Following you on the bus and waiting for you at the store is next-level stalkerish. Major red flag there.

- Pretending to call someone so you'd stop is manipulative - he was clearly trying to stay with you. Yuck.

- The pervy looks when you're just trying to eat alone are so inappropriate. Total violation of your space.

- That he'd find ways to be where you are even at other entrances shows he's really focused on you, and not in a good way.

I'd trust your instincts - this dude has bad news written all over him. With HR not really helping, you gotta protect yourself, bro. See if you can avoid being alone with him at all costs. Document any other weird encounters too, just in case. Stay safe out there! What a freakin weirdo, I'd be SO creeped out too.

I’m not interested with a man of my own race l’ve trauma in the past and l’ve enough of them and tired all the time when they see me they try to make me uncomfortable with their behaviour. Like why me? This guy has problems issues. I’m not interested. I know what l want that it. When it comes of very serious situations all they say is do my job. But how? When l finish my shift l try to avoids him but still he knows at what time l take the bus every time l saw him l’ve to leave the bus. It pissed me off. I really hate this dude.

Ugh sis, I totally feel you. After dealing with crappy guys from our own race, it's no wonder you're just done with them at this point. The audacity of this jerk to keep bothering you after making it so clear you're not interested! Total creep behavior.

I don't blame you one bit for wanting to avoid being around people like him in the future. You should be able to focus on your job without having to worry about some weirdo harassing you, period. And HR really missing the point if all they say is "do your job" - like how you supposed to do that feeling unsafe?

At this rate I'd honestly start looking for another job if they won't do more to get this dude away from you. You pay your bills, you're not about to let some racist stalker scare you off your money. Say to hell with them if they don't have your back, sis.

In the meantime watch yourself and don't be shy about yelling at anybody who gets too close. Trust your gut, and don't be afraid to make a scene if you gotta - you gotta keep yourself safe, feel me? This fool picked the wrong one to mess with, on gang! We'll get through this. You got this girl.
