Guy's Behavior

This guy has been lying have I done the right thing ?

So this guy I have been dating for a while is just a liar honestly to the point I’ve got so fed up of his lies and excuses I just told him ‘ delete my number man your full off shit’

the way he thinks is so weird he’s ok to do sexual stuff with me but won’t follow through the next day his words never match his actions it’s all talk. Not once not twice have I told him about his behaviour but I told him several times it’s becoming a joke so I just said what i said

‘ delete my number man your full off shit’

everytime I try to explain to him how I’m feeling and stuff he says I’ve got stuff going on which he clearly does not he just says it so I feel sorry for him. Now this time he’s saying he’s got so many parking fines and he’s struggling financially but to me that is no excuse as I was still there when my mother was dying and I still made time for him. Not once have I asked this man for a penny or to take me out and spoil me. I told him I didn’t even know what’s he’s got going on because I’m not a mind reader and he does not explain it to me I’ve expressed how we can both work through this situation together and I will be there to support him but he has to put some kind of Effort in but not once has he said oh will change my behaviour. I’m the one always showing up for him but he never shows up for me. Did I do the right thing? I have no idea who to talk to this about.
