So I have a situation... Help?

So there is this guy from my Church, and i used to catch him staring at me but i didn't think anything of it. UNTIL, recently we have been having a lot of "weird" interactions. Like for example one time, He was blocking the water fountain and i was waiting for him to leave, but he couldn't see me (cuz i was behind him) and when his friend came, he signaled the guy that there was someone behind him, so the guy turnes around (360) faces me, and just stares at me (it was like he froze) with a "trying not to smile" face on. Now mind you, I have never spoken to this guy before ( like an actual convo ) but when I passed him the volleyball or offered him a chair, he wasn't able to look me in the eyes. He would look in a different direction. I keep seeing him look in my direction, but never directly at me. Then one time his friend (who also USED to be my friend) started saying "what do we think of * and (me)?" To my friends (out of the blue). I dont know what to believe. ( Cuz he's REALLY cute )

Ask him, my exes did that (then I didn't listen because they were out of my league so they made a move to prove their case but that probably won't happen)

Try to talk more with him, it is better that it be a walk for two. Maybe he likes you and he is just shy.

The thing is, I see him every week, and his parents are friends with mine so if he dose reject me it will just make things weird between us
