Why is my guy friend ignoring me?

I told my guy friend I had a crush on his best friend and he has been ignoring me since. We were cool days before and suddenly after telling him that he no longer speaks and also turns his head away when we make eye contact even when he’s walking with the friend I have a crush on.

He's probably just disappointed you told him that and now there's this weird feeling

This is all assuming also that he may have a crush on you

It's equivalent to if a friend tells a friend they like them and the other says they think they should be just friends

Now there's that awkward part in the friendship
