It's good that they will never make a move and the likely reason is the same... it is a horrible idea to date someone you work with. They know this and apparently you do not. I see you are a level one account that has the knowledge to make this public only and no anon allowed. I hope you aren't the same user I had issues with multiple accounts that was so rude and liked to remove my honest opinions in the past. If you aren't then great. I guess we will find out soon enough. Don't date coworkers. The second things go bad then what do you do? Try to get him fired? Find a new job? Have to face the awkwardness every day? None of those sound very appealing do they? That is why these guys don't make a move. They know about the pitfalls.

If that's what they really do , give them something to think about , make it unobviously obvious to the ones you'd like to proceed with , and make sure its multiple punters.
