I have a high pain tolerance and only ever even mention anything bothering me on my worst days. I have pain literally 24/7 (Vulvodynia, Migraines (when bad nausea & vomiting), IBS-M, Kyphosis, PFMT, Dysmenorrhea, Vaginismus Spasms, (when bad flare ups occur) Insomnia), I don't expect him to cry me a river or hug me for hours as i am not touchy feely either. Just due to weak Fe and not as great as other MBTI types at picking up on body language? I know only he knows, cause he found me 🤮in🚽, I know when I have my worst flare up days and everything decides to flare up at the same time, I'm good at not letting it show cause no one else knows/notices, but didn't think i was Tony award worthy performance 🎭 acting the same when ferling crappy/in pain on #1 worst days when everything flares up at the same time.😆

From what I know about ISTP personalities, they tend to be more pragmatic and action-oriented than super empathetic. But that doesn't mean they don't care at all. I'm sure your boyfriend still cares about you even if he's not the best at showing it emotionally. With ISTPs, their way of being sympathetic is usually more through acts of service - like doing stuff to help you out when you're not feeling well. So he may notice on your bad pain days more than you realize, he's just not the type to smother you with hugs and pity. Try talking to him directly when you're struggling more than usual, and ask if there's any ways he can help or support you physically. ISTPs respond better to clear requests for assistance than hints. And don't doubt that he cares - he just expresses it differently than other types. As long as you communicate your needs, I'm sure he'll do what he can to help in his own way.

I get guys in general and ISTP need alone time to recharge their "me time", but I ensure it's not the 3/7 days only 1 of the 3/7. Distracting ongoing conversation from physical, I don't know if that's "too needy"?😅 I have asked him before if to just LMK if he prefers texting less and he always replies he likes texting and it isn't bugging him doesn't annoy him. I told him he can be straight up honest with me, cause we are blunt with each other.
