I met this guy I have know for a while yesterday at a friends hangout, we met in 2021 and this was the second time I saw him since then, we spoke in 2022 but he was abroad so it didn't really go anywhere, I used to have a big crush on him but I got over it and even when I saw him at the hangout I wasn't trying to talk to him but him kept asking me to catch up and eventually I did and the vibes were really good. Then he says let me show you something and it's his Snapchat hidden stories of him having sex with girls or their nudes and prior to this he was also told me he was dating and kept insisting he has to go be with his girlfriend later (fine by me cus I wasn't trying to be anything more than) so we get drunk and he asks me if we can stop by his house to pick up something before he goes to met his girlfriend at the next spot we were going to (okay cool) we get there smoke and he says his enjoying my company and he doesn't want to go to the next location pretty much spend the whole night together watching movies (no sex slept in different rooms) and later in I see messages from his girlfriend going off about how she was suppose to sleep at his house and he just went quiet on her. I get up at 6am tell him i want to leave and him starts telling me about how he feels bad for ignoring his girlfriend.
I'm currently not looking to be with anyone seriously but I'm confused by this behavior esp the showing me videos of him having sex with other girls? Like is there a certain way he sees me to show me that Orr? He did ask about sex and I told him no and he didn't ask again that was before we watched movies

Sis, that whole situation sounds messy af. A few red flags:

- Showing you vids of him having sex was wayyy out of line and disrespectful. Major ick.

- Ditching plans with his girlfriend to chill alone with you all night is shady, even if nothing happened.

- Seems like he's just trying to keep you on the backburner as an option while still talking to/seeing other girls.

I think that he saw somebody in you that could temporarily replace his girlfriend and you gave him the positive vibes by not rejecting his approach when he showed you those lewd pictures.

If you want to draw a line on what happened then you should not always think of what (or did not) happen and simply let go of that impossible relationship.
