Why did he want to know why he was blocked?

I blocked my ex and then he blocked me back, then he unblocked me. I ended up unblocking him back. He then went to my socials and started viewing my stories, knowing I could see him looking.

he then reached out asking why I blocked him. I explained why. We were sending paragraphs back in forth. He basically told me that all he wants from me is to hookup even though he still had feelings for me? He then told me “my bad I won’t bother you anymore, just wanted to know why you blocked me, take care”.

I ended up blocking him after that.

why did he do all of that just to say he doesn’t want anything serious with me, and just wants to hook up? Will he regret it?
