How do I tell him my feelings?

So, there is this guy I work with.. I've had a crush on him for over a year. Everyone knows but him, I'm afraid he doesn't feel the same. But, at the same time, I feel this magnetic pull between us. He watches me, touches me and finds ways to talk to me. Does he like me, or am I just imagining he does? How do I confess my feelings without getting hurt or seeming desperate?

You don't because you work with him. That's the worst idea is to get into a relationship with someone you work with. I tell this to every asker that inquires about a workplace relationship. Just not that long ago someone posted this.

I did leave an opinion but I think you should read her post and especially the details. Would you like to be that girl? I wouldn't. The thing is that is exactly what happens when things go wrong when you are dating a coworker. You think it is always going to be good and there is no way that would happen to you. I bet that other poster thought the same thing when she got into the relationship. Now look. Do yourself a favor and don't date people you work with. If you can't learn from that person I linked then I don't know what to say.

He's very shy, so I don't think he would. Not out right anyway. He does do small things for me. Like helps me with heavy lifting, makes sure I'm always okay.

I have seen med destroy their lives by mixing work and romance. My Dad told me when I was 17 that you don't date anyone at work. The women you work with are off limits. That was excellent advice.
