Keep running into the guy I hooked up with how do I handle this?

So about 4 months ago my former roommate and I hooked up, it was incredible, he said he wanted to wait and then we did about a month after I moved out. It was again, incredible. I have reached out and told him my roommates weren’t hope a few weeks ago and he said well have to make time. But he hasn’t initiated, so I told him this weekend this:

Hii, it was nice chatting w u yesterday. I sometimes get kinda nervous which is super silly. My shyness really holds me back haha Would you like to come by this wknd? I’d love a proper round 2, I’ll try not to be shy. Promise.

today I wrote this: So, r u in the mood for round 2? lol

so far nothing, but after this should I just leave it to him. I know he’s “preoccupied” with other girls, it’s just I see him texting them sometimes when he’s around our neighborhood. I don’t get jealous but why isn’t he texting me like that, he used to. I have a plan of asserting my boundaries and telling him what I want after we hook up, but me and him love 4 blocks away, we lived together for 3 months.

also whenever he runs into me he always stops what he’s doing to talk to me. And I am aware texting means nothing. I also know for a fact he’s highly addicted to video games, again because I lived with him.
