Why do a guy like something or want something what you like or want? Why is he mocking me?

When I was on zoom, the guy that I liked. I said I had hamsters as pets and I told my cute story about them. But, all of sudden, he said “ I would like to have a hamster too. Then, when I said I like mini vans, he said he likes them too. When me and my friends and him went out somewhere. I wanted to see what he would do. So what I did. I put my hands behind my back and a few mins later he did the same. I put my hands in my pocket and after a few mins he does the same but, when I drop something and I bend down to pick it up and he was staring at me. I guess he was looking at my butt because he was shock or something because he lips was separated. I don't know. What does this means? I know he is mocking me but, is he doing that because he is attracted to me or trying to get my attention?

Sis, this dude is totally into you. Like for real, people don't just copy each other's mannerisms like that unless they're feelin' the vibe. Some thoughts:

I hope this is right. These 3 months I didn’t talk to him that much because I want to share my feelings but, I feel he doesn’t like me and I making myself act weird because of this. When we are close together I can’t even stare at him that much. I don’t know he notice it. I don’t know he is annoyed by me. Today he pat my arm as he looked down and smile but, I guess that was a friendly gesture. I just miss his hugs and Company. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well today when I was leaving. He look at me when I walked out the door. How I know I look back at him and smile. He face was so serious lol 😂

Well, what he did was looked down! I feel like he is trying to hide his emotions and I don’t know if he feel I don’t like him. But, it was one day. I was in pain because my red friend came and he was concerned. He really analyze me. I was standing next to the bathroom and he got up and walk to the bathroom as well. The funny thing we made strong eye contact to the point we smiled and he said “ you good? I said “I am so and so” then he made this sad face and it was so so cute like my heart was happy and I couldn’t stop smiling that whole day 😂. Few days later he still ask me was I ok. He seem that he wanted to talk to me alone about something and said “are you going already? Well, I was in the rush. It was a few times he was going to walk up to me but turn around a scratch his head. One las thing, I came from the bathroom one day and he was drinking water, once I came out, he looked at me and was nervous. I really don’t know what that means lol 😂

Also what does it means when two people make a strong eye contact but, he tries to move like he is going to walk up to you but, doesn’t?
