How cold should I act to a narcissist fake person at work who keeps making fun of my looks?

he pretends to be a friend. I’m done accepting his abuse. He’s such a fake narcissistic! I didn’t ask for that treatment and don’t deserve it.

today was the last day. I have the power. I don’t have to respond to anything he says or does to me. If it’s not necessary to complete a task irl task, he’s not getting my response at all. When he tells a stupid joke to me, tries to be charming, etc. fuck you piece of shit.

and the guy who laughed when he made fun of me. Fuck him. Immature ass losers.

He comes my way I’m going the other way. He says hi I’m ignoring him. How else can I be cold?

if he can insult my looks , and his friend can laugh at it, then I can ignore them when they say hi to me. I can be cold as fuck. You don’t deserve my attention or time.

I say go full on ignore mode whenever possible. Don't even look his way, let alone talk. One word answers only if work related. No emotions, no reactions - don't let him see he's getting under your skin.

Be careful of letting his low behavior also lower yours. You said 'You are human scum. '. As soon as you also insult or demean in any way, then you have come under their spirit. This is a spiritual attack but unless you realise this, you will only be addressing it physically or emotionally.

The thing is also that when I remain nice and slightly friendly to this narcissist I end up falling back into his grasp and wanting his attention and then he can start abusing me again. So being cold is also a way to prevent myself from being able to run back to him

We are both physical and spiritual beings. Sin attracts unwanted spiritual outcomes to us and they can remain in people for a lifetime. Sometimes that is why a person has an issue with another. You need to find a way to keep it professional without getting roped back in. The Grey rock method might be one way.

@Stsyinside Concerning what I said about sin. It is all about the Kingdom of God and goes all of the way back to the beginning. We have spiritual and physical consequences for our actions and when we sin, demons are attracted to us. Those demons can change or influence a persons behavior. I've seen people who were being bullied become friends over night after prayer and I've seen quiet old ladies that could barely walk fast chase after others at speed after hearing scripture (to get them to stop speaking it). Thus sometimes the kingdom of darkness is at work through others so we need spiritual Armour.

Not sure how that relates to the issue at hand though. Thanks for the advice about gray rock. I am trying to avoid most if not all people at work now because there are so many evil people there and if I’m even a tad bit friendly or comfortable it seems like I end up getting roped into either someone who’s a gossiper, or someone who wants to insult me like the guys above, or asking me invasive questions or making unwarranted comments about my appearance all the time. Just weirdos all over. And I’m tired of it. I’m trying to just be standoffish and distance and not be nice or friendly to people anymore.

That is how it relates. Just as you put on Armour before entering a battle or a place where the enemy is, there is also spiritual Armour too. Some ex witches have talked about how they use tactics to create arguments as part of their spells on people. As i said, this sounds like spiritual attack... for we do not fight against flesh and blood...

I was kinda worried it is coming from a place of resentment but God is helping me get over my bitterness and as I release it , I realize I still need to keep a distance from this man at the very least because he has a habit of insulting my appearance. He’s even said sorry once but here he did it again and it gets worse and worse. I don’t need to have lower self esteem from this strange guy who thinks he has a right to put me down.

I can try to make some other friends but I don’t think it will happen. I’m just a loner it’s hard to make real friends for me. But I think that’s why they’re picking on me. They realized I’m always alone and not buddying with anyone so they see me as easy prey. Also they’re just ugly people inside. People who go up to others unprovoked and start making fun of their looks are really disgusting inside.

He probably wanted me to be hurt and admit I was hurt. I said “no”. But hours later as time passed I realized no this is not ok. I’m done being abused.

Thanks. I didn’t react at all. I ignored it and when he asked if I was hurt I said No. and afterwards i acted normal and friendly but as time passed inside I realized I was hurt and that’s when I decided no I’m not going to put up with this any longer. He doesn’t have the right to make me feel like crying.
