Scared of intimacy?

How do men react to a women who may be very very, very scared of anything intimate? I’ve been talking to this really sweet guy and I know soon I’ll probably be going to his place or mine. I am assuming I am going to get multiple panic attacks and that there will be many tears and I also just freeze up completely and sometimes I can literally just pass out my nerves are so bad. I pass out so often that it’s become normal for me 😅 my anxiety is this bad. My head bobs and my body jolts and shakes before even doing anything. I’m just really curious on what’s gonna happen when he notices me shaking uncontrollably LOL I can’t help it , I try to make a joke of it at least

Is it because you're inexperienced? Because then it would get normal when you get used to it over time... or is it because you're in a really bad mental state now and you're struggling with anxiety in general? That might take some time and extra work..

Well I just got out of a bad relationship where I was imprisoned in the home for 10 years so I’d say thatd do it 😅 but also kinda inexperienced because during that time we barely did anything too

What? 💀... well, at least we now know the reason for it... isolation is definitely the number one reason for social anxiety, I'm speaking from experience by the way... you either get out of your comfort zone immediately but it might be very hard and scary like you described, or you can build your confidence back step by step... as for the guy's reaction.. it's simple really, a decent guy who likes you enough would go with it at your pace.. and a guy who primarily just want to smash might lose interest very quick...

I agree with this… I’m really not THAT bad, it’s just anxiety.. as soon as I feel safe it will go away. I know the people who only want to f@k will be deterred lol

That's a deal-breaker for me. I don't want to be the reason that someone else is having a panic attack. I also don't want to play therapist when I don't know what I'm doing.

That’s understandable. The person I’ve been talking to online for awhile now and he’s aware about my anxiety and so maybe it’ll turn out alright. I think if a person loves the other it could be figured out. Also, I’m only like that in the beginning

Nothing wrong) with feeling insecure… however, don’t be concerned about your body or the way he will react to it… you are a female and all women have some magic that does phenomenal things to men. I think you are worrying too much about it… I would encourage you to have as much sex as you can while you’re young because when your older you may wish you had done so all along

You might want to get professional help first before you go somewhere and give that poor guy the trauma of his life. 🙄

I can get that. There is a lot of context to this tho, I was assaulted and imprisoned in a home for the last 10 years and I only just got out. I think it’s understandable I’ve got a bit of trauma, but I’ve told this person everything, including my anxiety, and he still wants to see me so maybe it’ll be alright

I’m starting therapy at the end of the month, im just an anxious personality, I’ve always been like that to an extent it’s just who I am , the right person will accept

You should tell him ahead of time. I would want to know ahead of time so I can make you as comfortable as possible. If he is respectful he will appreciate your honesty and go slow for you.

I have told him, and he still seems eager to talk like that didn’t deter him at all, he seems like a nice and caring guy and kinda sensitive himself, so hopefully it’s fine

Reading your comments, you are still freshly traumatized and should move slowly. You should also probs let the guy know so he knows to go slow
