Likelihood of this guy I’m seeing talking to other people even though we spend like 3/7 of the week together?

So I’ve been seeing this guy for a month. He’s older than me like 10 years. And well we’ve sort of formed a situationship that’s exclusive or at least we promised to tell each other if we hooked up with or wanted to see someone else. We spend a lot of time with each other, we’ve gone on trips together, he’s made dinner for me. But for whatever reason I can’t get it out of my mind that he’s still fucking around with someone on the side bc I’m more of a sweet girl and not a femme fatale. Anyways is it possible for someone to be so sweet and still be dicking around on the side? how can I get over this feeling? And yes we’ve talked about this persistent feeling. bc suddenly he says he deletes all his messages from his phone and emails. He’s always slightly turning it away from me and I’ve noticed that a mutual friend every time I leave his place coincidentally is messaging me. I don't know I like this guy but I don’t like these things that keep coming up. TLDR; in an exclusive situationship with an older guy bc I’m moving. He’s sweet but some things are just off that lead me to believe (even though we agreed) he’s talking to other people. Could this be going on?
