Does google location history lie? ?

My partner location history saying his hanging out with another female a fair bit thing is his trying to deny it, he gets very angry when i say anything is that because his pissed I know

Can't really deny that. I don't think Google would allow their satellites to malfunction.

It sometimes shows my location as Africa and i've never been there. Sometimes it just changes based on what you google
