Why do men never approach me even when they look interested?

Whenever I go out, I get a lot of attention from men. They look, stare, smile, stand closer to me etc. But they never talk to me. For example, last night I went out with friends for drinks. This guy stared at me, and kept smiling for hours. I smiled back several times. But nothing happened. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. What can I do so they start approaching me? I always say if you want to meet people you have to get out & greet people & I also say in life if you never try you will never know. As for you & the same thing is happening to a lot of other women nowadays they aren’t getting approached so if you want to remain single continue to do what you are doing & if you don’t want to remain single start approaching us instead.

There are a couple of things that may be of help. Are you always in a group, or with at least one other person? That will significantly decrease the likelihood of a guy approaching you. You may not be putting out body language that says 'come here and say hi'. You said you smiled when eye contact was made, but try to lean into that. Does this happen frequently, or just a few times?

Of course you could always approach him yourself...😉

Could be a lot of reasons. Maybe you look unapproachable, especially of you’re always surrounded by your friends. Maybe you’re not a pretty as you might think you are. Some men just like to smile back if a girl smiles at them. With it being 2024 why didn’t you approach him? In this day and age I’d say you blew it as well, you could have initiated a conversation.
