I’ve known this guy for years. We’ve become very close over the past few months and been on a few dates but only as friends. I recently told him that I love him, but he wouldn’t tell me how he feels in return I didn’t scare him away or anything, and he still talks to me and shows Carrie and everything, so I’m confused. Why do you think he won’t tell me How he feels in return?

Mainly because he shows that he cares about me, says good morning almost everyday, asking me how I am doing a lot, he just shows a lot of relationship like qualities. He also cares about my well being as well.
