WHY does he keep rotating me?

my boyfriend and I been on and off for almost 7 years. While on a break, I found out he got 2 other females pregnant but wasn't for sure if it was true or not. So I sent 2 females to one of their houses to find out the truth. Come to find out, he's definitely the father to both kids. Smh. But I stayed with him anyway. Now he's rotating me with both of them. One of the baby mothers is on Facebook saying how he doesn't want her kid and that she doesn't know why I dealt with him for so many years because he's stressing her out cutting her kid off for me. She doesn't know he blocked me on Facebook but we're still messing around with each other... he has so many women and all of them claiming to be pregnant by him. I stayed because I still love him. But why does he keep rotating me with them? I already have 3 jobs and pay my own bills. he doesn't really help me with anything. I'm mostly the one outside all night doing valet parking. Why doesn't he appreciate me? I'm MAD.

It sounds like he does not feel the same way about you.
He may care about you, but he does not value you the way you do, nor does he respect you.
You are 100% wasting your time and youth with this guy. Why? It will never work out. He comes back because you let him. He gets to be a player and fvck all the women he wants with zero consequence. I'm sorry to sound harsh, but he sounds like an irresponsible loser.
Best case scenario- he settles down with you and you constantly worry about whether or not he will stay loyal to you, while he plays the role of dead beat dad.
My advice to you is to work on your self esteem and realize you can do much better. It will only get harder to find the right guy, as you get older, wasting your time with this one.
And for the love of God, do not let this guy knock you up.
Again, I am sorry to sound harsh, but I do hope you consider this advice because you seem to be setting yourself up for continuous disappointment and heartache.
