My friends with benefits blocked me everywhere apart from calls?

Right so I know this dude for a year now and we work in the same office, the guy used to bully me for a year straight and around 2 weeks ago he asked me to be his friends with benefits, which I agreed to, he would text me everyday, day and night, call me, look around for ne when I was not around him, get jealous if I spoke to anyone else, we did it twice and now he’s blocked me everywhere apart from calls and claims if his girlfriend sees the texts he’d be in deep trouble. After all this I’ve felt hurt and I don’t know what to do about this situation.
