My friends with benefits blocked me out of no where?

My friends with benefits for a few months now blocked me on social media for no reason out of no where. We didn't have a fight or anything. I literally posted a video with a dress on and he blocked me a few hours afterwards. I wrote to him on another platform that I was confused. He left me on read so I just hit him with an ok. A few hours later he added me back without saying a word. Why did he block me?

He replied and said that he likes me as a person but can't keep doing this with me anymore (friends with benefits). He said the sex has to stop and when I asked why, he was hesitant to tell me and ended up saying that he wants to move on from this lifestyle.

Anyway, who knows what's going on in his head. Maybe he found another girl, maybe he just got tired of the sex, maybe he just wants to be alone. I wouldn't overthink it.

The blocking thing is weird, but he probably just wants you out of his life and probably thinks you are waaaay more into him than you are. I once hooked up with a guy at my college who thought he was God's gift to the Earth and he wound up blocking as well. The only reason I wanted to reach out to him was to see if he wanted his passport back! (He left it at my place). Why did he block me? Probably an ego thing, like, look bitch I can have sex with you, leave and then never talk to you again!

So maybe it's a power thing? Either way, he doesn't sound like boyfriend material and you deserve better.

I don't know what it's like for you after the sex. Maybe you feel fulfilled and happy and that's ok be there's no reason he feels the same.
If he has actual feelings for you and it's highly possible even if you haven't noticed it then you can bet that when he goes home and wakes up to the reality that while he's sleeping with you you're not truly he's girlfriend and can at any moment find someone else as he's not even a contender, he'll be very down. Like someone who wakes up from a high and instantly regret it.
Perhaps it got too much to bear one time and he blocked you, only to realize that he doesn't wanna lose you completely so he came back and ended the freinds with benifits arrangement.

Now this may or may not be the case but he does mean something to you then I suggest you dig deeper and don't leave it at that it's only fair after so much time spent pleasuring eachorher.

He probably wants to take things slow and steady with you before jumping into a relationship he wants to get to know you better first to then decide to take you as a potential future partner later on. Since he's not ready for a relationship its perfectly okay some people are like that things that could have triggered that could have had a toxic relationship in the past and needed time to recover in the past or he's focusing on a career.
