How do you deal with asshole drivers that use high beams behind you and tailgate at night?

I've personally had it with asshole drivers who tailgate at night and put on their highbeams just to try and be dicks or force you to either pull off the road and try and force you into speeding past what road conditions allow. So sick of it in fact, that I rigged party laser light projectors that are mounted in the back windows of my car in case someone decides to be that asshole and cross paths with me. I tested it out for the first time when an individual decided they were going to try and be the tough guy they thought they were in their lifted truck and super bright lights. Needless to say, I think it worked better than I expected. Immediately upon plugging it into my ac outlet converter and turning up my tunes to get the laser lights going to the beat and sporadically shining out the back of my car into their eyes and front windshield, they braked hard and I mean hard... lol. They pulled off the road almost immediately after breaking as i continued driving away from the scene. Illegal to do? Absolutely. Do i really care though if someone is purposely being a dick? Nope. FAFO that there are bigger assholes like me on the road if you try to be the douchebag you are and find pleasure in pissing off random drivers just because we aren't driving erratic in bad weather conditions like you do. Anyone else have ways they've dealt with drivers like this?
