If a man won’t kiss you by the fourth date, should you friendzone him?

So, there was this man with whom I went on four dates that wouldn’t kiss me by the fourth date. I friendzoned him after that, because I didn’t feel any chemistry. He’d become like a brother to me by then, in my mind and I thought if he had any attraction to me, he was weak anyway. He readily agreed to friendship.

if I meet future men on dates who won’t kiss me and treat me like a friend, should I have the same view, that there’s a big problem and that it’s either them (they’re closet gays or asexuals or just not interested in me); or it’s me (something about the way I look or behave turns them off so much that they would turn gay if I was the last potential female mate on the planet available to them out of their extreme desperation not to be with me)?

I’ve since met two cute men who seem interested but want to move slowly. How slow is too slow, normally? I have Asperger’s and lack this instinct of just knowing when to call it quits.
