Why do some men stare from afar with a creepy smile?

im Talking about strangers who do this. I was walking out of the cafeteria today and when I looked behind me quickly I saw a guy at the other end of the room with a creepy stare and smile in my direction. Why? I also think I heard a cafeteria lady talking about me to her colleagues but I’m not very sure since they were not talking in my native language

From having this happen many times I think it is they don't know what to do. It doesn't make it less creepy, but I think that's what's going on.

They look and they want you somehow but they don't know what to do and say so it ends up as staring. Guys do it in class too.

Oh girl this happens to me when i take the bus walk alone to the store some men are weird they dont get any so they stare at woman like there toys

But why were these cafeteria ladies taking about me. This is not the first time

Of course let's all as adults appreciate for a second that, "some women" perhaps aren't appreciative that "certain clothing" may attract unwanted eyes 👀 or wanted eyes but only from the right eyes ♂️♂️

Because i can tell you the ammont of time i go to the store in my no one is gonna see me outfit (the baggiest stuff i have) and i still get weird stares so its not what i wear or what i dont wear in general

Some people do wanna attract eyeballs with certain outfits, we just must appreciate cause and effect - not that that's how it should be, just sad reality you know - a woman should be able to wear nice clothing without "cleavage attention eyes" from bad apples men 🍏🍎 ♂️
