Why do men follow women on instagram and don’t direct message them or like their photos?

It depends on what account it is. If it’s a stranger? Is she a public figure? I don’t know some people just follow people to be nosey. To see what everyone’s posting and doing but don’t really interact. Others do it because they have feelings for someone so they just stalk their page (and believe me that women do that too) so it really depends.

If it’s faceless accounts there really is no telling. It could be someone you know, barely know, someone form your past, etc following you to see what you’re doing without wanting you to know who they are. They can be scammers and other people like that. They can even be law enforcement personnel if they believe people are engaged in illegal activities.

It all depends everyone is different and does things for different reasons. People are weird (as a person myself I’m included) and figuring everyone out is just…. Never going to happen. Try going people watching sometime and you’ll notice all kinds of stuff.

I like their photos but wouldn't direct message them if I didn't know them personally, it would just seem creepy unless I had a genuine question
